My husband dreamed of owning a BMW Roadster. He saw a few for sale at Import Auto Sales. On a Saturday afternoon, we decided to drive over there to look at them "for fun". HR immediately greeted us, and showed us the different options they had available. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He then kindly informed us he was closed. We didn't realize that he was actually closed when we got there. We were impressed with his patience and no pressure attitude. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After thinking about the car the rest of the weekend, we decided we wanted to test drive it. We ended up buying the car and we are having a blast driving it around town. The car is in great condition for the age, and HR gave us the CarFax so we could see the car's history which was very helpful. We would highly recommend Import Auto Sales of Knoxville.

I had spent two long weeks, looking in Knoxville, Atlanta, and Chattanooga, at 12 cars that were a combination of banged up, poorly running, dirty, and mistreated. Then I had the dumb luck to find a father and son team at Import Auto Sales right here in Knoxville. Their cars were showroom clean and well maintained, and H.R. was super knowledgeable about BMW's and the particulars of the model I was looking for. The car purred like a kitten on the test drive, looked new inside and out, and we negotiated a fair deal. Best used car buying experience I've ever had. What I liked the best was that I was buying one of the lower priced vehicles on their lot, but they still treated me with care and consideration. When my wife's car needs to get upgraded in the near future, this place will be my first stop for sure. Thanks guys!

Folks, if your in the market for a vehicle you really need to see HR at Import Auto of Knoxville. I had been looking for a nice pre-owned BMW 5 series for almost a month, you know the drill...either worn out, filthy, high miles etc. I found HR and visited the website, all the cars looked almost new and had very clean carfax reports. I made an in-person visit the next day, drove three really nice cars and bought the black one. Great car, great service, and great after the sale service. I would highly recommend.

Import Auto Sales of Knoxville is a small, locally owned company. They don't have a lot of cars on their lot, but the cars they do have look brand new.
